Clayton "Clay" Paley has lived in Central New Jersey for his entire life. Clay graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2019 with his Bachelor's Degree in English and Political Science. After college, Clay went to Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. Clay was a Staff Editor, and later Commentaries Editor, for the International Law and Human Rights Journal (ILHRJ). Clay was also a Senior Student Attorney for the Rutgers Intellectual Property Law Clinic, assisting clients with filing for trademarks and preparing copyright contracts. Clay graduated from Rutgers Law School with his Juris Doctor in 2023.
Clay was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in October of 2023. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and its Young Lawyer's Division, as well as the Middlesex County Bar Association.

Clay works closely with Robert Musto on the office's matrimonial matters, and has handled Guardianship matters relative to both minors and incapacitated adults.

Clay also has experience with Intellectual Property matters, assisting with Trademark acquisition and maintenance.
